I am Linsey Juarez, a Reiki Master Teacher and energy healing practitioner based out of North Ogden, Utah. My work is rooted in supporting individuals as they reconnect with themselves, release emotional and energetic patterns, and create a greater sense of balance in their lives.

My path into healing work has been shaped by both personal experience and formal training. Over the years, I have developed a deep respect for the mind/body connection and the ways our experiences are held within the energetic system. This understanding guides the way I hold space for each person I work with, gently, intuitively, and without criticism.

I am trained in Usui Holy fire Reiki and Karuna Reiki, and I offer individual sessions and also trainings for those who feel called to learn this practice for themselves. My approach is grounded, accessible, and focused on helping people feel more connected, supported, and empowered in their own healing process.
